  1. ABOUT THIS PLATFORM

give.archonix.ph is a fundraising platform operated by Vulcan Holdings Inc. in support of the Archonix Movement, a startup commercialization movement dedicated to helping Filipino founders build sustainable, revenue-generating businesses.

This platform accepts voluntary financial contributions from individuals who wish to support the mission of Archonix.

  1. NATURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

All contributions made through this platform are voluntary donations. By submitting a contribution, you acknowledge that:

  • Your donation is a gift freely given to support the Archonix Movement.
  • Contributions do not constitute a purchase of goods, services, equity, or any financial instrument.
  • Contributors are not entitled to ownership, profit-sharing, or any return on their donation.
  • Archonix makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, deliverables, or timelines in exchange for any contribution.
  1. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All donations made through give.archonix.ph are final and non-refundable.

Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or transferred. This applies regardless of the amount, the payment method used, or any subsequent change in the contributor’s circumstances.

If you believe a contribution was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at contact@archonix.ph. We will review the situation in good faith, but we do not guarantee refunds under any condition.

  1. USE OF FUNDS

Contributions received through this platform are used to sustain and advance the operations of the Archonix Initiative, including but not limited to:

  • Founder mentorship programs
  • Operational and administrative expenses
  • Content development and community building
  • Platform and infrastructure costs

Archonix is committed to responsible stewardship of all funds received. While we provide updates on our work and progress, we are not obligated to provide itemized financial reporting to individual donors.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By making a contribution, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are contributing with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • The funds you are contributing are from a lawful source.
  1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Vulcan Holdings Inc. does not store your payment credentials. By completing a transaction, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the payment processor used.

Processing fees charged by payment providers are separate from the donation amount and are not controlled by Archonix.

  1. NO TAX DEDUCTIBILITY GUARANTEE

Vulcan Holdings Inc. and the Archonix Movement are not registered charitable organizations. Donations made through this platform are not tax-deductible under Philippine law or the laws of any other jurisdiction unless explicitly stated otherwise. Contributors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the treatment of their contributions.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vulcan Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or your decision to contribute.

  1. PRIVACY

Information collected during the donation process is handled in accordance with the Archonix Privacy Policy, available at archonix.ph/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
